Owners who built their businesses in the 1990s are leaving, and their children often do not want to take over. A successor is easier to find when they know exactly what they are taking over. That is why I visit every business in person and show the numbers to an identity-checked party after an NDA.

Will employees or competitors find out?
Publicly I only share details that do not identify the business. The name and exact numbers go only to an interested party whose identity I have checked, after an NDA.
Who sees the exact numbers?
An interested party whose identity I have checked (video call or bank verification) and who has signed an NDA. Before making an offer they show proof of funds.
What if the business doesn't sell?
You pay no commission; commission is due only on sale. I film the first businesses for free. Later the video costs €590; if the business does not sell within 12 months, the video is yours.
How much do I pay as a buyer?
Nothing. The seller pays the commission, and only when the business sells.
What businesses do you sell?
Small and mid-sized businesses from roughly €20,000 to €500,000. Cafés, restaurants, service shops, e-shops, trade and service companies. Larger ones individually.
Who is behind Štafeta?
I am Daniel Cok, founder of Štafeta, business sales in the Nitra region. I work in marketing and video and I visit every business I show in person. Contracts are prepared with a lawyer, taxes with a tax advisor.
