Who pays what, who sees what, where the numbers come from and what I do if I were interested in a business myself.

Who pays what
The seller pays the commission, and only on sale. The marketplace is free for buyers. The exact rate is in the mediation agreement.

Who sees what
- Publicly
- A preview without name, logo or places that would identify the business. Industry, region and numbers in ranges with a source label.
- After an NDA
- Name, exact numbers, full video and documents. Only for an identity-checked party who signed an NDA. Before an offer they show proof of funds.
- The seller
- You approve the video and texts before publication. Nothing is published without your consent.

Where the numbers come from
- Stated by owner
- The seller told me the number; I have not seen a document.
- Document provided
- I have seen a document. The label says which one, for example tax returns 2023 to 2025.
- Numbers provided by the seller, unverified
- This sentence accompanies every review until the numbers are documented. The business record is not an official document or an expert valuation.

Conflict of interest
- Businesses I represent
- I currently do not buy businesses I represent. Any future exception would be subject to independent recording of offers, the seller’s written consent and rules published in advance.
- All offers
- The seller receives every offer unfiltered, usually within 48 hours. The deadline is set by the mediation agreement.
- From buyers
- I take no deal commission from buyers.

Listing analysis
In October 2026 I went through 634 listings of businesses for sale on Bazoš, nehnutelnosti.sk and bazar.sk and checked whether they state revenue and profit. I will publish the result only together with the exact method.
