For sellers
Sell your business to people who know what they're buying.
I film a video of your business, something like a car review. A buyer understands what they're buying in a few minutes and you don't waste time with the merely curious.

The score rates the business, not the price. How I score
Sample. This is what every business on the marketplace looks like.
01
What's in the video
Five to eight minutes that replace dozens of calls.
- An interview with you
- How the business started, what works and why you're selling. If you don't want to be on camera, your voice is enough.
- A walkthrough
- The premises, the equipment and what a normal day looks like.
- Key numbers
- Revenue, profit, rent and staff. In ranges in public, exact only after an NDA.
- Who it suits
- My assessment of what the business needs from a new owner.
02
Who sees what
- Public
- A short teaser without name, logo or places that would identify the business.
- After an NDA
- Full video, business name, exact numbers and documents. Only for identity-checked parties after an NDA.
- You
- You approve the video before it goes live. Nothing is published without your consent.
03
How it works
From the first call to publishing usually takes two to three weeks.
Day 1
A 15-minute call
I learn what you're selling, for how much and why. It takes fifteen minutes and commits you to nothing.
Week 1
Filming on site, 2 to 3 hours
I come with a cameraman. We talk, walk through the business and note the key numbers. You approve the video before it goes live.
Weeks 2 to 3
Teaser goes live
A short teaser without name or logo goes public. The full video with numbers goes only to buyers who sign an NDA.
Months 2 to 6
Buyers, negotiation and sale
I screen buyers and only pass on serious ones. I help with negotiation and contracts until signing.

Seller questions
Do I have to be in the video?
No. You can be just a voice or not appear at all. I do the talking and you approve the video before it goes live.
Will employees or competitors find out?
Publicly I only share details that do not identify the business. The name and exact numbers go only to an interested party whose identity I have checked, after an NDA.
Do I pay for the video?
I film the first businesses for free. Later the video costs €590, fully deducted from the commission on sale. You pay commission only on sale.
How is the price set?
Price depends mainly on profit, then on how the business runs without the owner, customers, equipment and lease. At the first meeting I will give you a realistic estimate with reasons.
How long does a sale take?
Selling a small business usually takes six to twelve months. It depends on price, industry and how quickly the documents can be prepared.
Is a business sale taxed?
It depends on whether you sell a share in a company or the assets of a sole trader. I recommend a tax advisor and can give you a contact.
